For over 40 years our group’s area of activity has been consultancy and the provision of personnel services for various industries, with the main area being the food industry.

Almost 30 years ago, the founder of our Group was the first person in Germany to understand and successfully implement the interplay of these factors for our area of activity. Our Group was the first to be able to access the East European labour market, at that time still exclusively specialised in the meat and meat processing industry, and today this still remains deeply anchored in our corporate strategy. We have had excellent contacts with the labour markets in many East European countries for 30 years.
